Only Good Times Event Co – Vendor Terms & Conditions
Effective Immediately
By purchasing a site at any Only Good Times Event Co event and receiving a fulfilled order confirmation, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Care of Venue
- 
Vendors must take all reasonable steps to protect and respect the parks, grounds, and venues in which events are held.
 - 
Sites must be left in the same condition as they were allocated, free of litter, damage, or alteration.
 
2. Waste & Rubbish Removal
- 
Vendors are required to remove all of their own waste and rubbish from the event site.
 - 
Vendors must not place personal or commercial waste into event bins, Council bins, or venue bins.
 - 
Any vendor found leaving waste behind may be invoiced for additional cleaning or waste removal costs.
 
3. Compliance with Organisers’ Directions
- 
Vendors must follow all instructions given by event organisers, staff, or authorised representatives.
 - 
Directions may relate to safety, traffic management, stall set-up and pack-down, trading hours, or venue use.
 - 
Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund and/or exclusion from future events.
 
4. Liability for Damages
- 
Vendors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue, grounds, infrastructure, or facilities as a result of their participation.
 - 
Costs of repair or replacement may be passed on to the vendor, including reimbursement to Council or the venue owner.
 
5. Insurance & Compliance
- 
All vendors must carry appropriate public liability insurance and provide certificates of currency if requested.
 - 
Vendors must comply with relevant health, food safety, licensing, and workplace safety regulations at all times.
 
6. Agreement to Terms
- 
By purchasing a site and receiving confirmation of a fulfilledorder, vendors agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
 - 
Vendors who do not agree with these conditions should not proceed with a site booking.
