We’re delighted to welcome you as a vendor at the Pinelands Centenary Festival, celebrating 100 years of Pinelands Hall.

The festival will be held on Sunday, 15 March at Pinelands Hall, Runcorn, and we’re excited to have a wonderful mix of food vendors, makers, and suppliers involved in this special community milestone.

Please note: Due to the size of the hall and access we can only accept vendors who book ONE 3x3 (no 4x5 or 6x3 sorry)

Event Details

• Trading hours: 10:00am – 3:00pm

• Bump-in / setup: From 8:00am (no earlier, please) You must be self sufficient as there is NO power at this location. We suggest you offer a kids option.

• Location: Pinelands Hall, Runcorn, Brisbane

This is a family-friendly, community-focused event with strong local support, and we’re expecting a steady flow of visitors throughout the day.

Closer to the event, we’ll be in touch with final information including site access, setup guidance, and on-the-day contacts to ensure a smooth and well-organised event for all vendors.
